Can't sleep? Go online for insomnia therapy

- My problem is not going to sleep but staying asleep past 3am, especially with a baby. Currently taking Restavit (Doxylamine Succinate) which helps me get back to sleep but if I stop taking it the insomnia comes back. I am CEO of a startup so stress and overwork are the key contributors IMO.
